Welcome to the very first Project Motor Racing meetup!
For our first get-together, we're heading to Zolder with GT cars.
But let's make one thing clear:
This is NOT a serious competitive event.
Think of it more like an AA meeting for people addicted to sim racing. π»
The main goal is simple: drive, have a laugh, and get to know each other.
Talking on Discord during the race isn't just allowed β it's encouraged.
Chat, joke around, complain about your car, discuss the race, tell stories, or simply hang out while driving.
We'd much rather have a lively Discord full of people talking than a room full of silent drivers treating this like a world championship.
This first meetup is mainly about meeting the people behind the screens and seeing if we enjoy racing together.
If we have a good time and the group grows, this could eventually become the starting point for something more organised and competitive β regular events, championships, proper race formats, and so on.
But for now:
No pressure. No egos. No need to be fast.
Just grab a GT, join Discord, and come have a good time.
