RED FLAG PROCEDURES

In the event of a server disconnection, the following procedures will be followed as agreed by the team managers:

  • A PRLC Admin will issue a red flag notification in the #endurance-announcements channel.
  • Any time lost while the server is unavailable will be deducted from the remaining race time.
  • Once the server is ready, a 15-minute warning to race resumption will be announced. The server will then reopen with a 15-minute practice session, allowing teams to apply setups and complete any necessary driver swaps before the race resumes.
  • The designated starting driver listed in #🧑‍🤝‍🧑│team-line-ups must be the first driver from their team to join the server.

RACE START & RESTART PROCEDURES

Standard Race Start

A standard race start will consist of one full formation lap, followed by an aided rolling start.

All teams must remain within their designated green box until the green flag is given.

Restarted Race Start

Following a race restart, a shortened formation lap will take place.

As with a standard start, all teams must remain within their designated green box until the race is officially resumed.

PENALTIES & INCIDENT REPORTING

Any incidents that you are involved in must be reported through the #🎟️│tickets-incidents channel.

Incident reporting will open immediately following the conclusion of the race and will remain open for 24 hours only. Reports submitted after this period may not be considered.

Driver & Team Conduct

PRLC reserves the right to disqualify any team or driver from an event if their driving or conduct is deemed to fall below the expected standard.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Intentional collisions or deliberate contact.
  • Unsportsmanlike driving.
  • Poor Discord chat etiquette.
  • Any other behaviour deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the event.

CHAMPIONSHIP REGULATIONS

All other championship rules and regulations can be found within the PRLC Discord server and the latest version of the PRLC Rulebook.
