By registering for the LNR Porsche Cup, all drivers agree to abide by these championship rules and respect the decisions of the LNR Admin and Stewarding Team.
The objective is simple: competitive, fair and clean racing.
• Drivers must respect all competitors, organisers and stewards.
• Deliberate contact, retaliation or intentionally disrupting another driver's race is prohibited.
• Drivers must know the circuit and basic racing regulations before participating.
• Drivers are responsible for ensuring their equipment and internet connection are suitable for online racing.
• Abusive, discriminatory or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
• LNR Admin reserves the right to remove a driver whose behaviour is considered detrimental to the championship or community.
Each round consists of:
Practice: 30 Minutes
Qualifying: 10 Minutes
Race: 45 Minutes
mandatory pitstop
Drivers should join during practice wherever possible to confirm that their connection, controls and game settings are working correctly.
• Drivers on flying laps have priority over drivers on preparation or in-laps.
• Drivers not on a flying lap must avoid unnecessarily interfering with faster cars.
• Blocking or deliberately compromising another driver's qualifying lap may result in a penalty.
• Drivers must respect track limits throughout qualifying.
Drivers must maintain control of their vehicle during the opening lap.
Extra caution is expected through Turn 1 and the opening corners. A race cannot be won at the first corner, but several drivers' races can be destroyed there.
Severe or reckless first-lap incidents may receive increased penalties.
The attacking driver is responsible for attempting a safe and controlled overtake.
Defending drivers may defend their position but must do so predictably.
• No deliberate contact.
• No excessive weaving.
• No dangerous blocking.
• Racing room must be respected when cars are legitimately alongside.
• Divebombs that create unavoidable contact may be penalised.
Game-enforced track limits will apply unless otherwise announced by Race Control.
Any driver leaving the circuit must rejoin safely.
Cars already on the racing surface have priority. An unsafe rejoin that causes another driver to brake, take avoiding action or make contact may be referred to the stewards.
All drivers must respect the game's flag system.
Blue-flagged drivers must behave predictably and allow faster/lapping cars to pass safely when appropriate.
Lapping drivers are still responsible for completing the pass safely.
Yellow flags require additional caution. Drivers should be prepared for slow, stopped or recovering vehicles.
Accidents happen in racing. Retaliation does not.
If contact occurs, drivers should continue safely and allow the stewards to deal with disputes after the race.
Deliberately waiting for another driver, revenge contact or intentionally wrecking another competitor may result in immediate disqualification and possible removal from the championship.
Drivers may submit incidents for steward review after the race.
Reports should include:
• Drivers involved
• Race lap/time of incident
• Brief description
• Video evidence where available
Drivers are strongly encouraged to save race footage.
The stewards will only make decisions based on the evidence available to them.
Depending on the severity of an incident, penalties may include:
• No Further Action
• Warning
• Reprimand
• Time Penalty
• Championship Points Deduction
• Grid Penalty
• Qualifying Ban
• Race Disqualification
• Championship Disqualification
• Suspension or removal from future LNR events
Repeated offences may result in progressively stronger penalties.
The LNR Stewarding Team's final decision will apply once the review process has been completed.
Drivers should only register if they genuinely intend to participate.
If you cannot attend a round, please notify the organisers as early as possible.
Drivers who repeatedly register and fail to attend without notification may lose their championship entry or priority for future LNR events.
If withdrawing from the championship completely, please inform an LNR Admin so the grid position can be made available to another driver.
Drivers are responsible for their own internet connection and equipment.
Individual disconnections, hardware failures or game crashes will normally be treated as part of online motorsport and will not automatically result in a race restart.
A restart may only be considered where a significant server or technical problem affects a substantial portion of the grid.
The final decision rests with LNR Admin.
Custom liveries are permitted where supported.
Offensive, discriminatory, political or otherwise inappropriate liveries may be rejected.
Personal or team sponsors may be displayed provided they comply with LNR community standards.
Official LNR sponsors and championship branding may appear on promotional material, broadcasts, standings and race reports.
Unless a specific prize is officially announced by LNR, the championship is competed for bragging rights and the title of LNR Porsche Cup Champion.
No cash or physical prize should be assumed unless specifically confirmed by the organisers.
If prizes are introduced, eligibility requirements and allocation will be communicated before they are awarded.
Participation is voluntary.
By entering the championship, drivers accept:
• These championship rules.
• The LNR stewarding process.
• The decisions of Race Control and championship administrators.
• That online racing may be affected by connection, server or game-related issues outside the organisers' control.
• That championship regulations may be clarified or amended where necessary to protect fair competition.
Any significant rule change will be communicated to competitors.
Race hard. Race fair. Show respect.
Winning is important — but not at the expense of destroying somebody else's race.
