Special Rules & Eligibility:
-
Manufacturer Alliance Declaration: Teams MUST be registered and announced in Discord by tagging @Fudge at least 24 hours prior to the event. Failure to declare on time forfeits eligibility for the Alliance prize.
-
Boss Bounty Rule: The respective Boss car must complete and finish the race for the bounty to be paid out. All awards, eligibility, and roll-downs remain at steward discretion.
2. MULTICLASS RACE START & PACING
-
Multiclass Formation Gaps: The lead cars of trailing classes (GT3 and GT4) are strictly responsible for maintaining a minimum 10-second gap to the class ahead throughout the formation lap. This gap must be maintained all the way to the start line—do not compress the field before green.
-
Safety Car Pacing: Maintain single-file pacing within 1.5 seconds of the car ahead. The overall lead car must not exceed 50 mph (80 km/h).
-
No Jump Starts: React strictly to the green flag, never to the car ahead. Pulling out of line, accelerating early, or overlapping before crossing the line is strictly penalised.
3. MULTICLASS RACING ROOM & BLUE FLAGS
-
The Overlap Rule: An attacking car must have their front axle alongside the defending car’s rear axle before the defender's turn-in point to earn cornering room.
-
Racing Room: When overlap is established, both inside and outside cars must guarantee at least one full car width through the corner.
-
In-Class Defending: Only ONE defensive move off the line, and ONE move to return, executed well before braking zones. Reactionary blocking and moving under braking are strictly prohibited.
-
Lapping & Blue Flags: Faster classes (LMDh/GT3) must pass cleanly without dive-bombing from unrealistic distances. Slower/lapped cars must hold a predictable line and may lift on straights to facilitate clean passes. Defending under blue flag conditions is illegal.
4. INCIDENTS, REJOINS & HAZARDS
-
Self-Policing: If you gain a position or advantage via contact, you must concede the spot immediately. The following car carries 100% responsibility for avoiding rear-end collisions in braking zones.
-
Hold Your Brakes: If you spin or crash, HOLD YOUR BRAKES down 100% until the car is completely stationary and traffic clears. Never allow your car to roll across the track.
-
Safe Rejoins: Live traffic holds absolute right of way. Re-enter the circuit only when completely clear at a shallow 10–15° angle parallel to the track edge. Severely damaged cars must tow to pit lane.
-
Yellow Flags: Lift off the throttle and prepare for evasive action through caution zones. Passing under yellow is strictly prohibited. Failure to slow carries up to a 2 License Point penalty.
5. LIVE STEWARDING & IN-RACE PENALTIES
-
Live Race Control: Major live incidents will be penalised in real time via drive-through or stop-and-go penalties.
-
Post-Race Reviews: Minor racing infractions are reviewed post-session and penalised using the SimGrid time penalty ladder (5s / 10s / 20s).
-
Incident Point Limits:
- Drive-through penalty at 25x
- Additional drive-through penalties every 5x thereafter
- Disqualification (DSQ) at 50x
6. OFFICIAL PROTEST DESK (WEBSITE EXCLUSIVE)
-
Online Portal: Protests must be filed exclusively through our incident portal: https://sausagedodgersracing.com/protests
-
Deadline: Protests must be submitted within 24 hours of race start.
-
Evidence Required: Include session info, lap number, multiple clear replay camera angles, and an objective description. Unofficial complaints in Discord chat will not be reviewed.
