SSRC • Championship Rules & Regulations
GENERAL CONDUCT & DISCORD
• In-Game Chat: Strictly NO chat allowed. Must remain empty at all times. Exception: Race Control announcements.
Penalty: 5-second time penalty per message issued to the team.
• Discord Requirement: All drivers must be present in the official SSRC Discord server and have accepted the Competitor Rules.
FLAGS & ON-TRACK PROCEDURES
• Yellow Flag (NO OVERTAKING): Strictly NO overtaking as soon as yellow flags are visible trackside.
Applies to ALL cars and classes (including lapped cars, slower classes like M2s, or heavily damaged vehicles).
You must stay behind and form a line until clear of the incident. NO exceptions.
• Code 50 / Double Yellow: Announced by Race Control via in-game chat (posted 1-2 times).
All drivers MUST immediately activate their pit limiter upon announcement.
Failure to comply results in a Drive-Through (minor) or a 30s Stop & Go (major, e.g., full throttle on straights/full sector).
• Blue Flag: The car ahead MUST hold a predictable racing line. Do NOT defend, move erratically, or brake abruptly.
The overtaking driver is fully responsible for executing a safe pass.
PIT STOP & STINT RULES
• Mandatory Pit Stop: 1 mandatory pit stop required (Tyres + Refuelling + Driver Swap required).
• Max Stint: 65 minutes maximum.
• In-Game Pit Penalties: Game-enforced penalties (e.g., 30s Stop & Go for pit speeding) WILL NOT be removed by stewards.
STEWARDING, APPEALS & INCIDENTS
• Multi-Angle Review: Incident reports and appeals are reviewed using multiple camera angles and situational context (e.g., night conditions, damaged headlights, or single-line hotspots like the Karussell).
• Appeals & Final Verdict: Drivers may appeal a decision via a ticket. If stewards reject the appeal with a valid explanation, the decision is FINAL and non-negotiable.
• Incident Reports: Open a Discord ticket with: Car Number, Round, Driver IDs (You vs. Them), Lap Number, Short Explanation, and a Video Clip/Replay.
BROADCAST & LIVERIES
• Broadcast: Live stream with commentary.
• Livery Requirements: Custom liveries must be submitted in the #livery-showcase channel for approval.
Side number panels are mandatory unless Race Control grants an explicit exception for exceptionally clean designs.
Approved liveries will be added to the shared community pack.
SCORING
• Points: You must cross the finish line to score points. A DNF = 0 points.
