✅ attendance

A check in post will be made available a week before the race.

Drivers must respond to mark their attendance or risk their spot being given to any reserves.

👨‍💼 Simgrid

💬 Discord

It is mandatory for all drivers to be a member of FRL’s Discord server. All Pre Event and Event communication will be posted there along with server details and passwords.

FRL also expects all drivers on It’s Discord to behave in a Friendly & Respectful manner. Competitive discussions are ok but any form of Bullying, insulting or Antagonistic Behavior are not allowed. A zero tolerance stance to Racist, Homophobic or Sexist behavior is also implemented. Anyone violating this will be removed and banned.

🪪 licence

A FRL licence is mandatory for regular season event and strongly recommended for the FRL Open. Without one, you risk being placed in the Top Tier server as FRL will do everything in their power to prevent sandbagging.

Licence details can be found on Discord

🎟️ Incident reports

All Incidents are to be reported via FRL’s Discord post race ticketing system. Admin will advise of the reporting window. Respect must be shown during investigations to stewards and other drivers and footage must be supplied. Failure to do this will see the ticket disregarded.

Participation in incident reports is mandatory. Ignoring them is grounds for potential disqualification.

Admin will always tag drivers who are reported but It is a drivers responsibility to check if they have been reported.
