Auch beim VESC gilt: Zuverlässigkeit ist die Basis für spannende, faire Sprintrennen. Da an jedem Renntag zwei Sprintrennen stattfinden, zählt jeder Startplatz doppelt — verlässliche Teilnahme ist deshalb besonders wichtig für ein starkes Feld.

📋 BRIEFING & TEILNAHME

Briefingpflicht: Fahrerbriefing jeden Freitag um 19:30 Uhr auf Discord.

Entschuldigte Abmeldung: Ihr könnt euch pro Saison für bis zu 2 Renntage (= 4 Sprintrennen) entschuldigen — meldet euch dazu einfach rechtzeitig vorher auf Discord ab. Kein Problem, das ist völlig normal und passiert allen mal.

Unentschuldigtes Fehlen: Wer 2 Renntage in Folge (= 4 Sprintrennen) ohne Abmeldung nicht erscheint, wird aus der Meisterschaft ausgeschlossen. Diese Regel schützt das gesamte Fahrerfeld und sorgt für faire, planbare Rennen für alle.
- Ein frei gewordener Stammplatz wird an einen Nachrücker vergeben.
🏎️ TRAININGSSERVER
- 1 Trainingsserver vor jedem Renntag.
- Verfügbar: Donnerstags.
- Dauer: identisch zur bevorstehenden Renndistanz.
- Serverinfos werden auf Discord bekanntgegeben.
⏱️ RENNZEITEN
- Detaillierte Rennzeiten sind im jeweiligen Event auf TheSimGrid einsehbar.
🛡️ FAIRPLAY & REGELN
- Die Nutzung von Cheats oder unerlaubten Hilfsmitteln ist strikt untersagt.
🏆 SAISONABSCHLUSS
- Über die Saison gibt es zwei Streichergebnisse (da an jedem Renntag zwei Sprintrennen stattfinden): Eure beiden schlechtesten Sprintrennen-Ergebnisse zählen nicht für die Gesamtwertung.
- Am Ende der Saison erhalten die Top 3 der Gesamtwertung Pokale als Anerkennung für eine starke, konstante Saison.

💬 COMMUNICATION & ORGANIZATION
- The server password, race information, and all communication happen exclusively through Discord.
- Joining the Discord server is mandatory if you haven't already.
📋 BRIEFING & PARTICIPATION

Briefing is mandatory: Driver briefing every Friday at 7:30 PM on Discord.

Excused absence: You may excuse yourself for up to 2 race days (= 4 sprint races) per season — just let us know in advance on Discord. No problem at all, it happens to everyone.

Unexcused no-shows: Any driver who fails to show up for 2 race days in a row (= 4 sprint races) without prior notice will be removed from the championship. This rule protects the whole grid and keeps racing fair and predictable for everyone.
- A vacated seat will be given to a reserve driver.
🏎️ TEST SERVER
- 1 test server before each race day.
- Available: Thursdays.
- Duration: matches the upcoming race distance.
- Server details will be announced on Discord.
⏱️ RACE TIMES
- Detailed race times are available in the respective event on TheSimGrid.
🛡️ FAIR PLAY & RULES
- The use of cheats or unauthorized aids is strictly prohibited.
🏆 END OF SEASON
- Over the course of the season, there are two drop scores (since two sprint races take place on every race day): your two worst sprint race results will not count toward the championship standings.
- At the end of the season, the top 3 drivers in the championship standings will receive trophies in recognition of a strong, consistent season.
