At BERC we use our own driver licence system, Every new comer starts on a Rookie Licence and after 2 races your licence will be averaged based on your lap times around a track. If you wish to drive LMP2+ but are new to the series you will be placed into LMP3 as the feeder to gain your licence. Once the minimum licence is obtained Silver you can then move across to LMP2+ along with your points. We do this to gauge your level of driving and try to avoid intentional wrecks in higher classes.
