OVERVIEW

The Sim Swag Tech Fuji 24 - Powered by Triple Stint is an Endurance event that features LMDh, LMP2, and GT3 cars racing around one of Asia's most iconic tracks all while being an event for everyone that is looking to not only have fun, but also to challenge themselves and enjoy some Multi-Class racing without a bunch of hoops to jump through.

• All drivers are to be respectful to each other as close racing is expected.
• Please be mindful that there will be slower drivers, please be patient, courteous, and respectful to other drivers and use caution when overtaking.
• If you cause or are involved in an incident, we encourage you to report the incident to help us keep the events we run clean but competitive. See the Stewarding Section below for more information. 

REGISTRATION

For this Endurance Event, we are limiting the grid to 60 Cars on track in LMDh, LMP2, or GT3 (2 - 6 Drivers), on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please sign up and make all changes before 10:00 am ET on race day.

Recommended Requirements For Each Class:

• GTP: B Class SportsCar License
• LMP2: C Class SportsCar License
• GT3: No Requirements

EVENT TIMETABLE

• Practice/Session Open: 11:00 AM (45 Minutes)
• Driver Briefing: Last 15 minutes of Practice
• Lone Qualifying: 11:45: AM (4 Laps / 15 Minutes)
• Race: 12:00 PM (1440 Minutes)

RACE DETAILS/PitStops

Below you can find all the event server details and Pitstop Requirements:

• Open Setup
• Starting Type: Rolling Start, Maintain Grid Position Until Green Flag
• Incident Warnings/Penalties: 40x (Drive Through) then every 20x (Drive Through)
• Fast Repairs: 2
• Track Condition: 30% Carry Over & Leave Marbles
• Pit Stops: 
  • Tires: Optional 
  • Fuel: Optional 
• Driver Swap: Fair Share
• Automatic FCY: If there is an incident that involves 4 or more drivers, there will be a FCY/Safety Car
• Hardcore Level: All Assists are Disabled (except for Clutch)

STEWARDING

• There will be Live Stewarding (Pending) and Post-Race Stewarding. We encourage you to submit all incident reports within 24 hours through our Incidents & Reports section on Discord.
• The stewards will review the footage/information provided after the race and implement penalties if necessary.
• We discourage waiting to give back a position after an incident, but you may self-penalize or give the spot back while racing without receiving a time penalty. BWP may still apply.

CUSTOM LIVERIES

• Custom Liveries are allowed through the Trading Paints Tool.
• Any Potentially Offensive material on Livery the driver/team will removed from the event.
• Liveries must abide by Trading Paints Policy and Envy SimSports

WITHDRAW AND RESERVES

If you are not able to make the event, please remove yourself from the event to make room for another driver who wants to join this event.

There are 10 Reserve spots available if the event reaches max capacity. We encourage you To signup even if the event is full as there will more than likely be a spot open on race day.
